Pre Team
Coaches invite, ages 5+ This class prepares gymnasts for the competitive level by building both the skills, balance, grace and strength required to succeed at the competitive level. Unique to TrickStar these athletes train with the team one day per week and on it’s own in it’s second weekly practice. This allows and promotes a smooth transition when the time comes to promote to the competitive level. Candidates for this course are selected by the coaching staff and must have the intent and desire to compete as part of our team if promoted.Meets Tuesday/Thursday 4pm-5:15pm

Coaches invite, ages 5+Our steadily growing competition team has proven to be an atmosphere that fosters growth in athletes in a way that is unrivaled by any gym in the area. It is run on a foundation of focus, respect, discipline and hard work. Although a newer concept, the “TrickStar Method” of training has yielded great results and has proven to be a fit for those who found their experiences with other gyms to be lacking. This program is for those who want to compete and to take their love for gymnastics as far as it can go. Meets TBA
